Forty per cent of all work-related illnesses are due to stress. One in four will experience a mental health issue in their lifetime and 22% of people feel anxious all or most of the time.

I offer workshops, talks and group hypnotherapy sessions to help people to feel less stressed and overwhelmed, more creative, focused and happy at work. I offer packages ranging from one off sessions to programmes over a number of weeks or months.
