I know what it's like...


Years ago, I was the same as you. I couldn't speak in groups, I had trouble making friends and would beat myself up constantly. I'd stay home from social events because meeting new people made me so nervous. I was crippled with self-doubt and let worries about what people thought hold me back.

Chloe, what is your professional experience?

I have been a hypnotherapist for 10 years and I’m a professional coach and anxiety and confidence expert and author of The Anxiety Solution and The Confidence Solution. I work one-to-one as a hypnotherapist and coach with clients from all over the world with anxiety and confidence issues.

I’ve also experienced anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem myself so I know how horrible it can be. I’m on a mission to help others in the same situation.

Should the course replace therapy?

This course is not designed to replace therapy or your medication as both can be helpful.

It can be a great addition to therapy, or you may have done therapy before and are looking for some more tools and ideas to help you to make positive changes.

Perhaps other things haven’t worked for you in the past and you want to try something new.

One benefit of the course is the community aspect – doing things together, knowing that you’re not alone and getting group support will make the results even better.

What if I can't afford this right now?

The 12 weeks course works out at £3.30p a day - the cost of a sandwich and a packet of crisps – plus you’ll have lifetime access so you can return to the materials anytime. There is a payment plan available.

There is no risk involved since if you follow the course and it doesn’t help you, I offer a full refund within 2 weeks.

How much money is having low confidence costing you? If you’re unable to go for the job you want, ask for a raise, speak up or start that dream business?

I've tried so many solutions. How do I know this one will work?

I absolutely believe you can change and I’m here to help. You are changing all the time, in fact, change is the one thing we can be certain of.

Maybe you’ve read tonnes of self-help books in the past but haven’t been able to put things into practise. This online group coaching programme supports and encourages you towards making the changes you want to, while the hypnotherapy sessions work at a deep, unconscious level so that changes happen automatically.

You weren’t born with low confidence (in fact, babies have very high self esteem!), and you certainly weren’t born over thinking, which means it was something you learned over time.
