Years ago, I felt the same as you.

    The great thing is that you can follow the course on your own time and at your own pace if you need to – or you can follow along with the live calls.

    The minimum would be 2 hours every 2 weeks to watch the workshops, plus a little extra every few days to complete exercises and listen to meditations. You can always come back to the course as you’ll have access forever.
